What is Grounded in Grace Communtiy?

• A group of forward thinking people that foster community, learning, joy, peace and conscious living.
• We offer an on-line interactive web magazine.  Each member is invited to join in and write an article, share a story, become a Professional Member in our Business and Healing Arts Directory and help build this community into what ever will serve it best by becoming a Steering Committee member.
• We hold quarterly events where we come together in community to network, share a meal, listen to music and have fun!

Accept What Is

What are you resisting? This can cause you a lot of pain. With resistance there is persistance. Feelings buried alive never die. Where do you feel it in your body? Breathe into that. Accept what is and go with the flow? This does not mean accept what is and stay stuck. If you find you are not liking the reflection, accept what is, become aware, do not judge or label. It is what it is. Nothing more nothing less. Become a witness. Change your perspective? Change your attitude? Just Be and observe in the moment? The present is a gift. There is a lot to be learned?
