Meditation
Meditation
is one of my favorite things; I have gained more peace and clarity through this
practice.
Meditation is a clearing of the mind, a letting go of thoughts of
people, places and things. It is a deep
sense of peace and belonging. It is a
place of no-thingness, where all things disappear and one slips into the void
of pure potentiality. It is that space or gap between the thoughts. It is a place of detachment from the
physical. A place of Oneness with the
divine, spirit, god, universal intelligence…
How one reaches this is very
personal. I will offer you different
techniques that I have learnt. I also
encourage you to make it a daily discipline or practice. Eventually, one’s entire life becomes a
meditation – whether in deep silence, doing the dishes, creating art or mowing
the lawn – being “in the moment” fully, without the mind wandering is the
objective.
Here is some another meditation selection - close your eyes
Open your eyes and come back to the present when you are ready.
Enjoy,
In Love & Light Alison
