Imagine a beautiful bouquet of fresh cut flowers; hydrangea, lily, poppy, rose, daisy, tulip, and larkspur; each species different in color, appearance, and fragrance – completely perfect and unique.  We are just like this bouquet, perfect and unique; we have aspects and layers to whom and what we are.  We can design and enhance our arrangement by considering these Seven Scared Steps to Blossoming, so that we can consciously create a well considered bouquet of our life.

The Seven Sacred Steps to Blossoming

Blossoming our Body

Allowing our body to blossom by healthy nutrition, exercise, and practicing self-love by cherishing ourselves is vitally important.  Our bodies are a temple for our Spirit; when we nurture and love ourselves, we honor God/Source Energy.  During your meditation, check in with your body; scan from toe to head to see if there are any areas of discomfort and mentally project positive healing energy into that part of your body.  Also, do an intuitive scan of your body to see if there are any areas that your energy feel blocked and could do with a blast of intentional healing energy.

Blossoming our Creativity

Allowing our creativity to blossom brings added depth and dimension to our lives.  When we meditate we tap into the realm of pure potential and possibility, and can access a clear stream of inspired creative ideas.  Being in this “creative flow,” we feel wonderfully connected to Source Energy/God; our Divine Nature shines in and through all we do.

Blossoming our Authentic Self

When we have done the deep work of self-discovery, we get in touch with our Divine Nature and begin to “find ourselves” or live more authentically.  Allowing our authentic self to blossom is fully empowering and we cannot help but to live on purpose.  We become examples of integrity, love, and power; we become conscious co-creators and our lives become joyful, easy, and rewarding.

Blossoming our Heart

Living from the heart is the most important thing we can do for ourselves and others.  Allowing our heart to blossom with love and compassion and sharing this with everyone we come into contact with, brings us a sense of Oneness with ALL creation.

Healing is done from the heart.  When we are having difficulty in a relationship, instead of trying to figure it out with our minds, sink your attention down into your heart and you will see with “new eyes.”

The heart is the “seat of the soul,” when we live from the heart, we tap into Spirit and express as our Divine Self.

Blossoming our Communication

Our relationships are where we do the most spiritual work; people show up as mirrors for us to understand ourselves and life more fully.  When we can communicate clearly and compassionately we are less likely to be misunderstood and have relationship break-downs.  Allowing our emotions to be expressed gently in our words is a way of connecting with others that is non-threatening.  Also, really listening to others is a great way we can blossom our communication.

Intentions clearly stated are clearly met; being clear and intentional with what we want and expect is a clean way of communicating that truly serves both parties.

Blossoming our Intuition and Intellect

Listening to that “still small voice within,” is a way of developing our intuition.  Whether its during meditation or during our busy lives, by listening and taking inspired action is a way of moving in alignment with our Divine Nature.  I call it “living a spirit led life,” and I have always been led down interesting paths that help my spiritual evolution.

Allowing our mind to blossom by reading, taking classes, and participating in workshops, we stay active and informed.  A sharp mind is like a sharp pair of scissors, it can cut through most things.

Blossoming our Spirit

Our final, blossom – coming home to Oneness, God, Source Energy, we have so many words for It; it’s all the same Thing!

Contemplating who and what we are – individualized expressions of Spirit or God expressing as each one of us, can be a dizzying thought.  I like to think that I am a center for the energy and grace of God to flow; so when I remember that, God experiences more of Itself through my participation and enjoyment in life.  Remaining open and receptive to the abundance of the universe, we can generate and sustain health, prosperity, joy, peace, creativity, love, passion, and opportunities.

Allowing our Soul to blossom is the final flower in the bouquet of life, enjoy your arrangement!
