Dear Grounded in Grace Members,
Hello and welcome! We have been working hard behind the scenens to develop this community and have some exciting events coming up - The Synergy Concert Tour, The Triangle of Empowerment in October, and the November Quarterly Gathering.
We invite you to bring a friend and join other GiGCommunity members at this concert that benefits us!
It is the "Kick Off" concert for Synergy Musicians Association - a group of local artists. Saturday, August 30th, 2008, at 6:00 PM at Salt Rock Coffee, 20th & Lincoln Ave., Ogden. The Triangle of Empowerment Retreat will be an incredible event you
will not want to miss. Our Keynote Speaker - Carol Lynn Pearson,
author of Embracing Coincidence, will be presenting Friday and
Saturday. Shawn Gallaway will be show cased in our Friday evening

We have had so many great questions asked, here is a couple:
Q: I would like to get involved more with Grounded in Grace Community; what opportunities are there?
A: There are many ways to get involved in GiGC.
- Come to the Quarterly Gatherings, they are a lot of fun and an opportunity to meet other like minded people, eat good food, and listen to great music.
- Write an article on GiGCommunity.com - share a story - a tip - a poem - a recipie...
- Start a gorup; hiking, biking, book club; meditation; metaphysical discussion; knitting; painting; dance; travel...
- Start a discussion on the Discussion Forum or post a reply.
- Volunteer to help with The Triangle of Empowerment Retreat or become a sponsor.
- We are looking for people with particular talents and passions; website development; accounting; non-profit; marketing; advertizing; graphic design; event coordination.
Q: How do I post an article and what should it contain?
A: You post an article from the Home Page. On the left side of the
Page under "User Menu" click on "Submit an Article" - Type in your
"Title" - select the "Catagory" if you don't know which Catagory, don't
worry we will take care of that. As to what to write about, what ever
you are passionate about! This is a community building forum, we want
to get to know each other and share our wisdom, tips, ideas, and
talents. So write from your heart and know that just the right people
will read what you shared and it may help or touch them in some way...
So, type in your Article and when you are finished click on "Apply"
buttom at the top (blue with a check mark) and then make sure to click
"Cancle" button (Red X) to finish the process. We encourage each of
you to participate in building a fun and informative community.
Q: How do I add my classes and workshops to the GiGCommunity.com Calander?
A: You become a Professional Member; there is a $50 annual fee for
this opportunity. With this membership you can be listed in the
Healing Arts Directory, have your events etc... posted in the Calendar,
present at the Quarterly Gatherings and market your business through
writing articles. To become a Professional Member please call Alison
